Fairs & fêtes

Besides the famous Foire du Midi, which is the largest and most popular in Brussels, many fairs and fêtes keep the tradition alive in the capital.

With its festive and family atmosphere, the Laeken fête takes place on Bockstael square. Every day, from 13.00 to 23.00, visitors can enjoy around twenty attractions: fishing for ducks, the Luna park, a carousel, trampoline, summer sledging and much more.


The Midi Fair or the Brussels Fête is the most popular fairground in Brussels. It takes place every year during July and August and lasts for more than a month.


Every day during the braderie, three fairgrounds take up residence at the Marie Christine fête, on Emile Bockstael square.


The Neder-Over-Heembeek Fête takes place twice a year on Peter Benoît square. It’s six fairground attractions will delight the whole family.
